I offer a variety of services including gold-standard treatment for PTSD that can help you take your life back from trauma. I also offer first-line treatment for insomnia that can restore your sleep.

I earned a PhD in Clinical Psychology at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2015. I completed the general track internship and postdoctoral fellowship in PTSD at the Minneapolis VA in 2016. I have been licensed to practice psychology in Minnesota since 2017 and was Board Certified in Clinical Psychology in 2023. I worked as a staff psychologist in Primary Care Mental Health at the Minneapolis VA from 2016 to 2024 and was a national trainer in evidence-based therapy for PTSD from 2019 to 2024.
I have developed programming for assault survivors, served as the coordinator for gender affirming care at a large VA clinic, and completed intensive trainings in geriatric mental health. I’m also a featured CBT-Insomnia provider through UPenn.
In addition to helping clients, I train clinicians, supervise doctoral students, consult with medical providers, and volunteer with high school students.
